Graduation Day!

Brenelz Web Solutions was founded in May 2008 by myself (Brenley Dueck). I am a young entrepreneur with big goals for my business.

I started designing cheap websites when I was quite young. I would build them for my local sports teams, or other groups that I was in. I quickly found out that this was something that I really enjoyed doing. I still wasn’t sure if I could make a full-time career out of it, so I worked for a couple years at a local firm to get some much needed business experience.

After this, it became clearer and clearer that this is what I was supposed to build a career on. I then enrolled at the University of Winnipeg, for a challenging one year “Internet Systems Specialist” course, and graduated with high honors. I then proceeded to send out my resume to many different firms in the area, but came up with little options.

This is when I decided to start up my own business called “Brenelz Web Solutions”. Brenelz was my childhood nickname, and always seemed to be a unique but catchy word. This decision was not taken lightly as I did have another offer on the table. In the end, I have no regrets in venturing out on my own.

From the time I have started my business my clients have steadily grown, gotten more and more work as a subcontractor, and grown as a web developer.
