A VERY angry center.” That exact line sums up what I love about Chuck. It doesn’t have to be an obvious gag to make me laugh, but it plays off of character interaction so well.
I think it’s wonderful what your doing to help out those who can’t afford to enjoy Chuck. My father has been out of a job for a little while now, so I can’t go out and buy the DVD, but I’ve done my best to help out the campaign for Season 3!

The finale had some classics (4 year old niece actually said “Chuck me” today when Spongebob came on)- but my favorite is still this-
Casey: I’m starting to feel like the guy that always gets picked last. I don’t like feeling like Team Chuck’s little fat kid.
But the most funny and touching moments usually occur without a word- and that is part of what makes Chuck so fantastic.

So many great lines. The IOU in “Chuck Versus the Colonel” was brilliant, but not technically a line, so…
I guess I’ll go with a classic since I recently re-watched it on TheWB.com. From the pilot, Sarah and Chuck’s whole second conversation (after she left her phone number and he decided he wasn’t in her league and didn’t call) gives you a big smile from start to finish.
[Chuck has his head in his arms on the Nerd Herd desk, repeating "I'm losing my mind" over and over. Sarah rings the bell.]
Chuck: “Morgan, not now.”
[Chuck, without looking up, puts his hand over the hand on the bell, realizes it feels feminine, stands up quickly]
Chuck: “Hi! Hi. Uh, phone?-trouble?-again?”
Sarah: “Uh… yeah! I’m not sure I’m able to receive calls, ’cause I never got one from you.”
Morgan: [suddenly appearing in background] “Hoh-hoh-ohh, man, she g-”
[Chuck glares at Morgan, Morgan stumbles back dramatically out of scene]
Sarah: “Sorry I left so quickly yesterday. I had an appointment with a realtor, I just moved here.”
Chuck: “Welcome!”
Sarah: “Thanks. And uh, I don’t really know anyone here; I was wondering if you would show me around. That is… if you’re free.”
