Final Push for a Chuck Season 3

Now you may be wondering what a TV show called “Chuck” has to do with web design? Well it doesn’t directly deal with web development, but it does contain numerous geekery. Well actually I do recall that Chuck has XSLT and Programming Perl books in his room.

Anyways, I do not watch a whole lot of TV as I tend to be on the computer most of the day, but this show was one of the few I got hooked on. I really only started watching the show right after this year’s Super bowl. I was amazed at how the show mixed so many genres into one killer show. It had action, romance, and comedy while not making it too forced or unnatural.

What can I do to help Chuck get a Season 3?

There are numerous ways you can spread the Chuck love. Below I have a few listed:

Watch the Chuck season finale live on NBC at 8/7c this Monday and buy a $5 foot long sub from subway
Watch Chuck episodes on Hulu.com and NBC.com
Buy Chuck Season 1 and Pre-order Season 2
Write NBC a letter, send Nerds candy to NBC, and Twitter using hash tags #chuck and #savechuck
Lastly, tell all your friends to do the same!

I have never watched Chuck, What is it about?

It has been said that the finale will be great entertainment without needing to have seen any previous episodes. The finale will be a new launching point for a Season 3 and in a sense is a new pilot. For a quick explanation see the following for Wikipedia.org:

“Chuck is an action-comedy television program from the United States created by Josh Schwartz and Chris Fedak. The series is about an “average computer-whiz-next-door” who receives an encoded e-mail from an old college friend now working in the CIA; the message embeds the only remaining copy of the world’s greatest spy secrets into Chuck’s brain.”

It’s a pity i dont have NBC overseas so i can whatch it live and go buy a foot long so i can only watch chuck on a local Tv Station (AXN – wich still only had the first season) and i was amased when i heard that nbc was thinking to cancel the greatest show ever … anywho here stays all my support and hope to see a 3rd season!!!

I am in the UK so I can’t really do any of this, I watched Season 1 on Virgin and was instantly hooked so I downloaded Season 2 off of piratebay as it was the only way to get it.
And wow such a good show, I will most likely buy the Season 2 DVD when it comes out in the UK.

Chuck features a great story line, great dialogue, plenty of action\humour\sarcasm, great acting and most of all, its an inspiration for computer geeks all over the world! So the SHOW MUST GO ON!

I’m hoping the powers that be realize that many of us can’t watch shows live and instead use TIVO/DVR so that we automatically just record all episodes for the shows we love. Chuck had me hooked from the very first one and ever since has been recorded and watched faithfully. It’s a great show and one I can’t wait to watch. I even will watch the re-runs and that’s not like me! I’ll even go buy a subway sub just to do my part.

I too miss Chuck. What will there be on Monday’s to watch. Nothing that interests me since Chuck is off. As an oldster, 62, this was one show I truly enjoyed. It was a little naughty, but not too bad. At least they had little cussing, some killing, but not graphic. All in all, it was great. I really don’t like rock “music” but I liked the Jeffsters. They are so crazy funny. Several websites were checked to see if anyone knew if Chuck was coming back, but nothing so far. Since I don’t know what twitter is, I can’t do anything there. Has anyone sent an email to the director, or someone who has the main say so?
