This part of the web design process is the foundation of a website.  Poor HTML/CSS can hurt a websites seo, as well its maintainability.

Brenelz Web Solutions can code any website.  From the most complex right down to a simple one.  We use semantic mark-up for all of our websites.  Semantic means that we use elements the way they are supposed to be used according to the W3 standard.   We also separate out the content (HTML) from the presentation (CSS) of a website.  This way a websites entire look can be changed without messing with the content, and vice-versa.
