Good office setup is fundamental for business. Face it, this is where you will spend most of the day. Having a good full-back chair is ideal. I gave up on half-back chairs since my shoulders would end up with the tension.And don&#039;t get into the habit of putting your feet up and the keyboard on your lap..it will tweak your back in no time.My biggest problem is hunching over the keyboard.
