Reason #4: Addition of spy-related arcs

The one thing Chuck has that Big Bang Theory doesn’t is action packed fight sequences. In Seasons 1 and 2 we mostly just see Sarah and Casey involved, but in Season 3 we already know that many more characters will be involved.

Chuck now has been upgraded allowing him temporary powers to beat up the bad guys. This along with Captain Awesome being more en-grained in the spy world just gets me excited…

Reason #5: Love-Hate Friendship

This reason has a parallel in both TV Shows. Both have a love-hate relationship that is intriguing to watch at every turn.

Big Bang Theory

Sheldon Cooper is the one guy everyone has a love-hate relationship with. He is very arrogant, but yet quite funny. Leonard and the guys loathe him at times for his psychotic rants, but we all see that in a weird kind of way they care for him.

Chuck

Chuck on the other hand has a similar relationship with one of his handlers (Casey). Casey takes many jabs at Chuck for his inability to be a real spy, or even his ability to woo Sarah.

We also have glimpses throughout season 1 and 2 that show us that deep down they really care for each other.
